well first ya need some more pics on here!lol, the only full shot on here ya cant make bigger and my eyes sux! but really i would start out small. the guage cluster has very little texture so its easy to paint. u can buy a can of duplicolor filling primer, then sand the part with some 220 gritt sand paper then spray it with the primer. give it several coats to fill the texture and the scratchs, then let it dry come back the next day wet sand with 500 gritt sand paper, and spray it with the color of your choice. then when u get that done pic out other parts and do the same. thats how i started!
